How do I place my order?

If you already have an account, you can place your order by selecting the meals you would like for that week. If you do not yet have an account, you can click the “order now” button and begin the ordering process. See this video to be walked through step-by-step.

When are orders due?

Orders for the following week are due each week on Thursday at 11:59 PM.

When do I pick up my meals?

When ordering meals, the default pickup day shown by the system is Tuesday. However, you can pick up your meals at any of the following times at EVOLVE Flagstaff: • Monday from 4:30-5:30PM • Tuesday from 11:30-12:30 PM and 4:30-5:30 PM • Wednesday from 11:30-12:30 PM. At this point, orders will be bagged in the fridge with your name on it. Please serve yourself. Please do not plan to pick up outside of these times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your meals outside of these meal times. Our staff is very busy in one-on-one appointments or coaching. Please respect our staff. If you cannot make these times, you can opt for delivery.

Do you offer delivery?

We now offer delivery within 5 miles of downtown Flagstaff for an additional $10 charge.

How do I prepare for delivery?

We will text you when we are on our way to deliver. We ask that if you will not be home that you leave a cooler outside of your front door. We will confirm with a text message after the delivery is complete.

When does delivery occur?

Deliveries occur on Tuesday mornings. We do our best to deliver meals before 12 PM on Tuesday mornings.

Can I pause or cancel, or change the number of meals that I order?

Yes, you can do this at any time. You can log in to your account and make any necessary changes by clicking on "manage my subscription" at the top right of your screen. You can pause your account by in your profile. Here is a video on how to manage your account. You can also text us or email us to pause or cancel your account. If you would like to change the number of meals you would like to receive per week, please email us at evolve-eats@evolveflg.com

What if I forget to select meals for the upcoming week, but I am on a subscription?

Your meals will be automatically based on your preferences ordered unless you have paused or cancelled. You can indicate meal preferences in your account profile.

How many meals can I order per week?

As many as you would like!

Do you offer breakfast and snack items?

Yes! They can be a part of your weekly meal subscription.

Why is everything gluten and dairy free?

These are two allergens that we have chosen to eliminate for the safety of some of our clients. It is not because gluten and dairy are inherently unhealthy or not delicious. It’s just easier for us to keep our customers safe. We do use other major allergens such as nuts, seeds, and shellfish but we will always disclose this on the order form so that you can select your meals appropriately. If you have other allergies, please let us know as soon as you sign up so that we can do our best accommodate.

Am I ordering full meals, or meal ingredients?

You are ordering fully cooked and prepared meals. They typically just need to be reheated, and in some cases eaten cold. They have a shelf life of about 6 days. A cook date and recommended toss date will be on each meal label. The meals are cooked and transported according to all appropriate food regulations in a commercial kitchen. While all of our meals are made using gluten-free ingredients, they are not certified gluten free and are made in the same facility as wheat-containing foods.

Why should I order a subscription?

Ordering a subscription is both more convenient -- you'll have food every week -- and cheaper! You save 10% on every meal when ordered on subscription.

Can I bring my meal containers back to be reused?

Yes! One of our goals is to make meal prep as sustainable as possible. Please wash your meal containers (hand wash or dishwasher), and return them to EVOLVE Flagstaff. We will wash and sanitize them again before reuse. Every year, we reuse thousands of containers and reduce our overall impact. Thank you for bring back your containers!

What are your loyalty and referral programs?

For every $100 that you spend, you will get $3 credited to your account! If you refer a new customer to EVOLVE Eats, after their first order, both you and the new customer will get $10 credited to your account. Finally, if you enter your birthday into your profile, you'll get a $10 birthday gift!
